Ceritanya kemaren adek gw minta instalin printer, sebenernya di Wedu$ udah bisa, cuma gw kalo online kan make Blankon, berhubung sengaja gw set spidi nya cuma konek dr linux. Di wedu$ kagak bisa ngenet, virus mamen. Huehehehe. Kemaren dia mau nge print2 halaman dari web blom bisa, gw lupa, kalo di Blankon gw blom gw set printernya. Huehehe. Alhasil cari sana sini akhirnya nemu cara nya. Hehehe. Ga susah kok. Ini dia langkah-langkahnya.


1.Install dulu paket paket yang di butuhkan
$sudo apt-get install alien libxml1 libpng12-0 libpng12-dev libgtk1.2 libgtk1.2-common

2.Download driver canon nya dari situs canon (Paket ini dalam .rpm, jadi nanti menggunakan alien kita rubah ke .deb)
$wget http://software.canon-europe.com/files/soft24301/software/iP2200_Linux_260.tar.gz

3.Extract hasil file downloadan tdi dalam direktori yang sama
$tar -xvzf iP2200_Linux_260.tar.gz

4.Setelah di estract, nanti akan ada 2 buah file dengan extensi .rpm, paket ini akan kita rubah ke .deb menggunakan alien :
$sudo alien cnijfilter-common-2.60-1.i386.rpm cnijfilter-ip2200-2.60-1.i386.rpm

5.Setelah itu, paket atdi akan ada tambahan 2 file abru yang ber ekstensi .deb, instal 2 file .deb tersebut
$sudo dpkg -i *.deb --> Artinya menginstal semua file yang ber ekstensi .deb

6.Membuat symbolic link
$sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libtiff.so.4 /usr/lib/libtiff.so.3
$sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libpng.so /usr/lib/libpng.so.3
$sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libxml2.so.2 /usr/lib/libxml.so.1
$sudo ldconfig --> Load perubahan

6. Restart CUPS anda
$sudo /etc/init.d/cupsys restart

7.Setelah itu anda add printer baru dari : System --> Administration --> Printing

8.Pilih New Printer --? Forward (Pastikan Printer anda menyala dan sudah terhubung ke komputer)

9.Pilih yang Canon IP1600 #USB1

10.Pilih Vendornya Canon

11.Pilih yang di bagian bawah IP 2200 v.2.60 (Scroll sampai hampir di akhir jenis printer)

12.Kasih nama

13.Apply

Udah dah, tinggal Test. hehehehe

Halo Halo Halo, apa kareba kawan semua. Ihik Ihik. Lagi di Ponorogo nih. Iseng-iseng ngenet sampe subuh, daripada ga ada kerjaan nulis-nulis dikit buat dokumentasi yaah.. Hehehehehe... Judulnya tuh di atas. Ceritanya gini nih, saya dapet kerjaan. Di Suruh convert banyak File Ebook dalam format PDF, yaitu Ebook BSE Diknas, diminta di rubah ke format txt. JAdi ceritanya gini, Ebook BSE Diknas tersebut akan dibaca oleh tuna netra. Berhubung ORCA (Screen Reader di Linux) tidak dapet membaca ebook dalam format PDF, maka saya harus merubah semua ebook ke dalam text.

Anda bisa membayangkan dong, duileeee.. Ebook sebanyak gaban gitu di convertin satu-satu make Adobe REader yang Save a copy as text. Duilee.. Kapan kelarnya. Wakwakwak.. Iya gak? Uya gak? Iya gak?Setelah nanya-nanya, nyari-nyari, dan coba-coba akhirnnya nemu nih command na di linux. Pada tau kan pdftotxt di linux? Yang main-main pake console itu tuuh.. Nah itu bisa kita manfaatin. Kita gabungin make sed dan awk. Apakah sed dan awk itu? Keekekekekek. Tanya Om Google aja yah. Saja juga ga ngartos-ngartos amat sii.. Kekekekekeke

Langsung aja, gabungan sed, awk, dan pdftotxt menjadi handal buat konvert banyak file pdf ke text deh. Di jamin halal. Kekekek

Kek gini nih commandnya :

#find *.pdf | sed "s/^/\'/;s/$/\'/" | awk -F. '{print "pdftotext " $0}' | sh

Syarat nya, kamu harus ada di satu folder yang sama dengan lokasi file PDF nya. Lalu nanti di folder tersebut lah file txt nya juga akan di taruh

Ceritanya gini, gw di suruh sama Kepala Jurusan gw untuk beresin server2 di lab jaringan. Ada 2 server tuh. Server nya keren n mahal bet lagio. Beuh ngeri dah gw. Mangkanya ati2 bener gw tuh. Servernya makek Dell Power Edge R200. Nah ceritanya nih kajur gw mao di instalin masing-masing windows 2008 Server sama Linux. yang Linux nanti buat maen2 Virtualisasi. Gw kebagian dah jatah nginstal windows Server 2008. Beuh. Aseli Boo.. Bukan Bajakan. Sori yee. Hahahaha. Nah berhubung belom pernah nih gw nyentuh2 Windows Server, (Terakhir gw megang NT 4. Dulu pas SMA. hahahah), rada ngeri juga. Norak yah gw. Hahahahaha.

Tibalah saat itu (duile banyak gaya lu ah, cuman instal doang juga. Hahahahah). Udah kelar nih Install. Restart kan yak. Nahh.. Abis itu suruh masukin password Administrator kan yak. Ada 2 Prompt. Masukin New password for Administrator, sama prompt Confirm Password. Gw udah isi tuh bekali-kali. Aje gile kucrut ga masuk2 n ga bisa2. Alasannya adalah ada tulisan error ini :

“Unable to update the password. The value provided for the new password does not meet the length, complexity, or history requirements of the domain”

Beuh Heran dah gw. Udah masukin password 20 karakter, kombinasi ama angka, salah juga. Apa sih yang salah. Requirement policy nya ribet amat apa yah? Searching2 lah gw. Ternyata benar apa adanya. Hahaha.,. Requirement nya untuk new password administrator Windows 200 Server adalah :

* Passwords cannot contain the user’s account name or parts of the user’s full name that exceed two consecutive characters.
* Passwords must be at least six characters in length.
* Passwords must contain characters from three of the following four categories:

1. English uppercase characters (A through Z).
2. English lowercase characters (a through z).
3. Base 10 digits (0 through 9).
4. Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %).

hahaha. Baru sadar gw. harus ada 3 yang wajib masuk / wajib ada dari 4 Policy tersebut. Pantes aja gw gagal mulu. Ampe tua mah ga bakal bisa gw ganti tuh password. Hehehehehe. Ribet juga policy password windows 2008 Server yah. :D

EHLO All... Udah lama gak nulis lagi. Iseng2 aj ah, mau buat tutorial singkat. Gatel nih tangan udah lama gak nulis. Hehehehe.. Takut kalah saingan gw ama ardi yang udah nulis banyak. Hohohohoho.. Biar nambahin semangat buat tutorial, gw coba bikin tutorial sederhana mengenai convert meng convert aja dah. :D. Kali ini adalah cara meng convert file yang berekstensi .mp3 menjadi file yang berekstensi .wav. Sebenernya make Audacity juga bisa sih. Cuma anggep aja kita di jaman purba yang maennya makek konsol a.k.a. terminal a.k.a. shell. Kekekekek.. Lebih minimalis, ga buang buang resource atawa memory. Benull gak? Benullllllllllllll. Oke to the point aja dah.

Oia saya convert conver nya makek mpg123 yah. kalo blom ada install dulu. Cara taunya udah ada apa belom gimana? ketik aja di shell mpg123. Kalo muncul banyak opsi kayak -v, -t -w, brarti itu udah ke install. Kalo belom ada ya gak di kenal command nya. Intsall dulu yak. Gini nih caranya :

Kalo make Mandriva, instalnya gini nih :
#urpmi mpg123

Kalo makek Ubuntu gini nih :
#apt-get install mpg123

Kalo makek OpenSUse gini nih :
#zypper install mpg123

Kalo install dari file .rpm gini nih :
#rpm -ivh mpg123-release-number.rpm (release number sama ama versinya, kamu tab tab aja, auto complete kan entar, ga usah di ketik semua, capek tau. Kekekekek)

Kalo udah ke install cara convertnya gini nih, gampang banget cuma 1 line aja kok :

Itu saya ada di dalem folder Music, pake opsi -w, baca aja dah man nya. :D. Saya mau convert lagu Json Mraz tuh, jadi file .wav yang namanya digit.wav. Udah dah kelar. Itu di bawahnya adalah proses konversi nya. Kekekeke. Udah dah gitu doang. Cincai kan?? Mangstab. Cendolnya dong gan. Hehehehehe

Oia saya dapet tu tutorial ini dari www.unixmen.com, telah di coba di lappy sendiri dan berhasil. Okayyy... Silakan di coba. :) Happy Hacking. ;)

Gw nulis ini sebenernya karena buat jaga2 kalo ada apa-apa sama Ubuntu gw, dan gw males kalo harus lagi-lagi nyari settingan wvdial buat konek. Wekekekeke. Soalnya yah, yang namanya settingan wvdial, kadang suka beda-beda tergantung selera. Lho? Kok bisa? Ga tau dah. Ada yang init nya beda lah. Ini nya beda lah, itu nya lah. Tapi kalo udah makek Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10 sih ga usah ribet ribet nge-set wvdial sih. Soalnya udah ada mobile connection di network setting nya. Nah ini gw copas aja isi wvdial.conf gw yah. Lokasi wvdial.conf ini adanya nih di sini -->

#vim /etc/wvdial.conf (jadi root dulu yak)

Kalo mau insert atau ngedit ketik aja I atau A (I=Insert, A = Append, sama aja sih)

Isi dah Config nya ini (Gw make Matrix yah, silakan di sesuaikan APN nya sama username, and password)

Nah itu tuh settingan wvdial buat pengguna Matrix dari Indosat. Hehehehehe. Kalo ada pertanyaan atau ada error saat koneksi bisa di tanyakn di komentar, sertakan juga error log nya yah. :)

Ceritanya nih beberapa waktu yang lalu lagi iseng iseng tengah malem gak tidur, biasalah kalong. Huehuehuehu. Terjadilah dialog cukup seius antara saya dan Adie.
